Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for non-customized sarees and ethnic wear.
2. Return Conditions
Sarees must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags and packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by purchase invoice
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized sarees, stitched blouses, sale items (marked final sale), and products damaged due to customer fault cannot be returned.
4. Exchange Process
We accept exchanges for size or color variations subject to availability. Contact us within 10 days to initiate exchange.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.
6. Return Pickup
We arrange free return pickup for defective products. Customer pays return shipping for other returns.
